Our Year 2 Skylarks joined farmer Joseph at Fairnley Farm last week, organised by the Country Trust.
The group met the lambs, ducklings, a calf and the piglets, collected fresh eggs from the chicken house and learnt about the typical day of a farmer. The class took a walk up the hill to enjoy the beautiful views and met Sam and Roy the sheepdogs on the farm, who showed off a couple of their tricks.
