Our Nursery class dove into the world of palaeontology this week, learning about Mary Anning who discovered the fossils of an Ichthyosaurus! The group put their palaeontologist hats on and explored all things fossils, learning that they are not just dinosaur remains but also other animals and plants too. The class then made their own fossils using salt dough, clay and dinosaurs!
